Rubber gaskets are used for forming tight seals between two components. Kaxite uses a variety of production and material options to solve even the most challenging sealing applications. We manufacture custom rubber gaskets and seals in a wide range of rubber materials (and compounds) including: Neoprene, Silicone, EPDM, Viton(Fluorocarbon), Nitrile (Buna-N), SBR (Red Rubber), Butyl, Natural (Gum) Rubber, Polyurethane, Fluorosilicone, Hypalon, Santoprene, Hydrogenated Nitrile, Epichlorhydrin, Cloth-Inserted Rubber, Conductive Rubber, Thermoplastic Rubber, and FDA Approved Rubber.

Rubber gaskets and seals

SILICONE GASKETS

Silicone has excellent stability and flexibility at very low as well as at very high temperatures. It is very resistant to compression, oxygen, solar light, ozone and humidity and it is apt for food and pharma applications.

Solid silicone gaskets

Standard colours: Translucent, White, black, red and blue.

For larger series, any RAL colour can be produced.

Hardness: Standard 40º/50º/60º/70º Sh. A.

Other hardnesses on request

Minimum thickness: 0,3 mm

Sponge/foam silicone gaskets

Standard colours: White, red, black

For larger series, any RAL colour can be produced.

Densities: 200/250/400/530 Kg/m3

- Gaskets with food, FDA and pharma certification.

- Gaskets in conductive silicone.

- High temperature silicone gaskets (+270 ºC).

- Silicone metal detectable gaskets. (Black or blue).

- Silicone gaskets for vacuum membranes.

EPDM Gaskets

Epdm,gaskets and seals are resistant to outdoor elements in general, ozone, oxidization, UV light, ionized and cosmic radiations.

NBR gaskets and seals
NBR has excellent resistance to transmission fluids, hydrolic fluids, lubricants and other non-polar petroleum based products.

VITON (FKM) GASKETS
We produce gaskets and seals in Viton®, a high quality rubber compound with extraordinary resistance to chemicals, ozone, oils, thinners and fuels. Viton® gaskets also have very good stability at high temeperatures.
